New Upcoming Tee Sheet System & CRM (Golf Booking) and How to Get Set Up

As part of Project:Malkins, we’re thrilled to announce the introduction of our brand-new tee sheet and golf course management system – Golf Booking.

This platform will eventually replace BRS as our tee booking and membership management system. While BRS is still active for now, we are currently in the transition phase — and over the coming weeks, we will be fully moving over to Golf Booking. Don’t worry! you will be informed ahead of time when the system switch over will commence! We are in the middle of creating and setting up everyone’s accounts at this very moment.

What Is Golf Booking?

Golf Booking is a modern, intuitive system that gives both members and visitors a better way to interact with Malkins Bank Golf Club. This isn’t just about reserving tee times — it’s a full CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system designed to enhance your experience and give the club the tools it needs to run smoothly and securely.

This system is already widely used at leading golf clubs across Europe and Dubai, known for their premium guest experience and operational efficiency. Now, we’re bringing that same level of service and structure to Malkins Bank. We are also one of the first courses to bring this into the UK!

What Can You Do With It?

Once launched, you’ll be able to:

  • Book tee times easily through your account

  • Pay your membership online (monthly or annually)

  • Book buggies in advance

  • Manage your personal profile and preferences

  • View course updates and availability

  • Register for events and competitions more efficiently

Why This Benefits the Club

This system isn’t just convenient — it brings vital infrastructure and oversight that the course has lacked for years. Here’s how it improves operations and your experience:

  • Accountability & Transparency: Every player — including visitors — must enter their details before playing. This means we always know who is on the course, improving safety, pace of play, and member experience.

  • Marshalling Tools: If there’s an issue on the course, our marshals can now identify and resolve problems quickly using player location features. It allows for much more effective traffic control and behaviour monitoring.

  • Smarter Data, Better Offers: With proper tracking and marshalling, we can reward member loyalty, issue tailored offers, and manage course traffic in a smarter way — leading to a better-paced, more enjoyable round for everyone.

  • Reduces No-Shows: Golf Booking includes features that help prevent tee time no-shows, ensuring the course runs efficiently.

Getting Set Up

We’ll provide full guidance soon on how to create your account and transfer over. It’s a quick and simple process, and our team will be on hand at the clubhouse and online to support you. You’ll also see setup instructions and support info on our website soon.

Until the system is fully launched, please continue using BRS to book your rounds and manage your membership.

Golf Booking is a massive leap forward in modernising how we operate — and just one of the ways we’re working to restore confidence and pride in your golf club.
