Step 1. Listen
We work closely with the members’ committee to gather feedback on what matters most to you. This can be shared verbally, through your committee reps, or via the Member Suggestion Box, coming soon on our website.
Together with the committee, we’ll review all submissions and choose the most popular, realistic, and high-impact topics — including both member-suggested ideas and areas we feel need improvement.
Step 2. Select Topics
Once selected, the current discussion topics will be published under Current Topics for all members to see. These will be the areas up for input during that cycle.
Step 3. Publishing
You’ll then be able to submit your suggestions or ideas through a simple form on the site. We’ll review all entries and shortlist the most frequent and achievable options.
Step 4. Feedback
Finally, these shortlisted ideas go to a club-wide vote. The winning decisions will be taken forward into action — and you’ll see the results reflected across your club!
Step 5. Voting
Once voting closes, we’ll share the final results and outline the next steps right here on our website. You’ll also see updates in our update emails, so you know exactly what’s changing and how your voice helped shape it.
